Keyword Density is the percentage of times a keyword appears on the web page compared to the total number of words in the web page.
Keyword Proximity: It means how prominent your keyword is mean whether you are using it in title, meta tag, or header etc.

Keyword proximity refers to the closeness between two or more keywords. In general, the closer the keywords are, the better.Keyword density refers to the ratio (percentage) of keywords contained within the total number of indexable words within a web page.

Keyword Proximity is the way through which you can judge the distance between the key terms of the keywords. Keyword density is the way through which you can get to know how many times you have you used the keywords in the content.

Keyword proximity refers to how close two keywords are together, while keyword density refers to how often a keyword has been used in a particular piece of content. Ideally, the keyword density should be low, and keywords should not be within close proximity of one another. This is because a large number of keywords concentrated in a small area is considered spamming.

It is expressed as a percentage, and the value indicates how often a keyword appears on a web page. Higher keyword density used to be an important ranking factor, but its importance has diminished over time due to advanced algorithms rewarding more natural and valuable content.

Keyword density measures how frequently a specific keyword appears on a page relative to the total word count, whereas keyword proximity measures how close two or more related keywords are placed to each other within the content. Also, with a keyword monitoring tool (https://robotalp.com/keyword-monitoring/), you can check if your keywords are present on specific pages, count their occurrences, and determine their density.
