Hi
You can use Google webmaster toll for the keyword research, and if you just want to check the completion then you can do this by typing the keyword on the Google search bar and hit enter.

Google adwords keyword tool is useful to search keywords the only thing you have to do is search your targeted services phrase or other keyword in adwords tool, it gives you different keywords and details about those keywords competition, local searches and global searches.

Through a Google insight you can also get suggestion of related keyword and also you can get information about regional interest for that particular keyword so it helps you to target region wise keywords.

You can choose keywords on the following basis:-
1)You can choose keywords on the base of location.
2)Market trend
3)Competition based
4)Product or company based.
These four factors can help you in choosing keywords....:)

take the help of google adword tool it helps to choose right keywords for your websites.and always select low competitive keywords. :)
