Can anyone tell me, What are the limitations of title and description tags?

1) Limit Length of Title Tag: 60 characters

2) Limit Length of Description: 150 Characters

Title limit is 55 to 65 characters and Description limit is 150 to 160 characters with spaces.

Optimal title length. Google typically displays the first 50-60 characters of a title tag. If you keep your titles under 60 characters, our research suggests that you can expect about 90% of your titles to display properly.

Meta descriptions can be any length, but search engines generally truncate snippets longer than 160 characters.

In one page optimization Title limit is 50 to 60 characters and description limit is 160 characters.
