Title: Feature Request: Start Application at Launcher start
Post by: AlexanderP on February 20, 2012, 02:55:43 PM
Hi,

perhaps this feature is useful for more than me. I would like to mark applications to automatically start when Launcher is started.

Best regards from Vienna,
Alexander

It could be a useful feature for future versions of Launcher [Pro]
I think more people might be able to use that.

Until if/when the feature gets added, you could work around it by creating a .bat file that launches the different applications you want started. (But not as satisfying solution, I agree)

Thanks, if you could add a feature like Hidden Start v4.0 (http://www.ntwind.com/blog/hidden-start-v4.0-run-apps-without-uac-prompt.html) – Run Apps without UAC Prompt - I will upgrade my Pro licence to a Pro+ licence ;)

Thanks for the example. I expect the feature will be implemented :)

With version 2.0 folders can now be set to execute all shortcuts in them.

I will add an option (either as 2.0.0 update or in 2.0.1) that allows you to set a folder-of-shortcuts to "launch" when Launcher starts

Thanks! Do you plan a feature like Hidden Start v4.0 – Run Apps without UAC Prompt - too?

Just wanted to say that Launcher 2.0.0 update #1 [professional] can now be downloaded and features:

Regarding elevation, "Pro" still only has this option for each shortcut:

I will try look into the program you mentioned. I have a pretty large Launcher wishlist, but will try work my way through it as time permits :)
