I'm having an issue with Windows 8. Some program have overridden the shortcut set in Launcher. The result is that I'm not able to display and select from the Launcher menu.

One alternative way to show launcher would be to create a windows shortcut and assign a keyboard shortcut to it. If we could start Launcher with a switch e.g. Launcher.exe /m we could get it to display as normal. Using the switch would start Launcher in menu mode and with focus.

QuoteFeature 2: Have a startup option to start Launcher minimized to tray.

Right now after a reboot the Launcher app shows on the desktop and I have to close it.    It would be nice to have the option to just start minimized
to the tray/taskbar.

It sounds like you have manually added Launcher to start at startup? (I suggest remove that)

Instead: In "Launcher menu > Preferences > Miscellaneous" check option "Start Launcher in system tray on Windows start"

At least on all Windows I have tried - Launcher will now be visible in the system tray bottom right (and nowhere else)

This is is a mystery, I do not have Launcher in my startup group and it is only in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

I have a PDF showing my various settings but I do not see the ability to attach anything to this message

We were able to duplicate the issue - on todo list now (!)

Version 2.3.2 now contains an option in "preferences" where you can control if the window "manage items" is shown when starting Launcher

We have received the following suggestions:

1)
A way to set the underlined shortcut character (that starts the shortcut by typing) in the menus by myself? Some software use the Ampersand & to set this shortcut.

2)
If one could set a folder and Launcher "reads"  the files and folders inside to make a (virtual) submenu of them automatically.

High-DPI support.
For example, running on a 4K display with Windows DPI scaling set at 200%.  Launcher works fine but the text is "blocky" and the program icons in the menu are 16×16, where 32×32 would work.
(Overriding the DPI behavior to "System (Enhanced)" fixes up the text nicely, but the icons are still low resolution.)
