I am new to Launcher.  I am able to drag the programs into the launcher and start the progam from the Launcher in the system tray. How can I launch a program by typing a letter or Macro key?

You can bring up the Launcher menu through a custom keyboard hotkey-combo CTRL+L and then navigate through it like any menu (mouse or keyboard)


I will look into implementing your two suggestions:

1) Shortcut to enable custom search (i.e. where you type some letters and Launcher match shortcuts)

2) Do so each shortcut can be assigned a keyword hotkey-combo
