PPC basically stands for Pay Per Click wherein user has to give google some amount of money for the keyword ad to be displayed in top results in Google..
with PPC you create small ads that get shown to searchers when they type in certain keywords in their browser in Google. You create your list of keywords and instruct Google that you bid a certain amount for these words when they are searched for. Google then lists your ad. If the person click on it you pay approximately your bid amount of maybe less depending on a number of factors.
