In my honest opinion I haven't really found SEO quake very useful. I think there are better ways to find niche keywords

In my experience the most critical places to have the right keywords are in the title, and within the first few words, and at various points throughout the content but you can't overdo it. In my experience is better to slightly overdo it than to under do it, but it is a fine line with the Panda algorithm

There are a lot of repetitive answers here, just keep in mind that keyword density is not everything. If the density is too high it will look like spam to Google

Be very careful if you use robots file, as a mistake can blank out the entire site

I think I'm different devices, like mobile phones or whatever, the amount of characters displayed is actually different. But just make it put the typical PC which is 70 I think

For longtail keyword strategies to be effective, you need the page itself to have some credibility. Hence if you have too many pages that are very similar, you will be hit by the Panda algorithm and it will destroy your website

Things have changed, and you really need to look at the quality and credibility of the website that you get links from

It is critical that sites in the link wheel are also credible, or you may be hit with Penguin algorithm from Google

As I know,Sandbox is one system made by Google to avoid spamming or black hat techniques. If your site is new and you are bombard of backlinks to get quick position on search engine,in this situation Google could place your website in sandbox.
