Look you first of need to create one sitemap.xml . Then upload it in your root directory

like xyzabc.com/sitemap.xml  then put this URL in Webmaster tools of major search engines which enables search crawlers to go through your website pages.

Keyword stuffing is a method taken by professional where they used to put maximum number of keywords in a write up. This gives an extra impact on submitted write up. This method is not correct a decent keyword density is required but putting extra keywords which we generally call stuffing. It creates a bad user experience.

When a search engine crawler comes to your site, it will look for a special file on your site. That file is called robots.txt and it tells the search engine spider, which Web pages of your site should be indexed and which Web pages should be ignored.

The robots.txt file is a simple text file (no HTML), that must be placed in your root directory, for example:

http://www.yourwebsite.com/robots.txt

Blogger and WordPress are the two best known free blog hosting services. For SEO purposes, both are more or less equal. Now, if  blogging is done for any business purpose and looking for great SEO capabilities, it's best to have a self-hosted blog attached to  website, providing fresh content each time when we post or someone leaves a comment. This improves the SEO and search engine ranking of both  blog and the website.
