Google don't mind the word count, it uses all the word you type in as a keyword to show result in the first place. If you wanted a result exactly to what you queried put a quotation on it.

Google is just a click away; it will give you a lot of sites where there is tutorial and articles about SEO.

I, in fact, never thought about that and since you have mentioned this might be true; all I know is that Google give more accurate answer than Yahoo does.
