I moved my blog from blogger to wordpress because I like the interface better and it has more of the features I want and use. Its comment spam protection rocks, by the way. So I prefer more for wordpress.

Thanks for putting this comparison together. On the comment about comment spam, I get more spam coming through a Wordpress blog I look after that has less hits than my Blogger blog. It takes a lot more effort to manage spam than blogger because I just don't get that much

Blogger belongs to google and honestly if you blog on blogger you are playing into google's big hands. WordPress on the other hand is independent and a really cool tool.

I think both are better for different need if you want to make blog professional with your CSS & XHTML skills then Blogger is more better than wordpress and if you wish to accept bedfellow authors ,even you may not apperceive them personally then Wordpress is better.

The thing to keep in mind when considering Wordpress is that there are actually two versions: Wordpress.com and Wordpress.org. They are very different from each other, and from Blogger too, and so I'm going to give you a brief overview of each to discuss the differences. Blogger is a free Google service, and so, as you would expect, it attracts people who don't want to spend money on a blog. It's intended to be easy for beginners, while not being too limiting for advanced bloggers.

Blogger is great because it's super easy to use. However, WordPress has a lot more features and plug-ins that will allow you to enhance your blog.

Blogger
If anybody been on the internet for any length of time, then you've certainly run across many blogs. Maybe you've even read a few blogs consistently. You might be thinking that starting a block could be a great asset for your business. It could help you to connect with customers, share information about new products or services, and enable you to do some free or low-cost advertising.

Wordpress
Wordpress started in 2003 with a single bit of code to enhance the typography of everyday writing and with fewer users than you can count on your fingers and toes. Since then it has grown to be the largest self-hosted blogging tool in the world. Wordpress is an Open Source project, which means there are hundreds of people all over the world working on it. Wordpress is an open source CMS, often used as a blog publishing application powered by PHP and MySQL.

As for Wordpress I think that it is a great platform for bloggers. It is what I use on all my servers just because it offers the users a vast veriety of option to choose and work with. Those are just my thoughts.
