If you change your IP address it doesn't affect on your keyword or ranking.
No, IP address doesn't affect your ranking
If the new IP address is not geolocated in the same country as the old one, this will impact ranking (for example, when moving from a US server to a server in Europe). Other than that, there should be no issue.
It has very low impact on website online presence due to IP change. But I'd not recommend to change IP address very frequently unless there is absolute need to do so.
