Differentiate between Do-follow  and No-follow ?

Do follow link allows the Google link calculator called page rank to count all the inbound links from other web pages and websites as link points.
No follow links is the link attribute donot allow the google bots to follow them.These links cannot be followed by robots only humans can do it.

 - Dofollow links are those links which do not contain Rel="Nofollow" attribute. These links have the potential to improve the ranking & credibility of your website in search engines. If a webmaster is linking back to you with this type of link, then both Search Engine and Humans will be able to follow you.
- Dofollow links allow google (all search engines) to follow them and reach our website. Giving us link juice and a backlink. If a webmaster is linking back to you with this link both Search Engine and Humans will be able to follow you. The best way to give someone dofollow love is allowing keyword in the anchor text.

Do-follow links allow search engines to follow their link and so link juice gets passed whereas no-follow links don't allow search engines bots to follow your links. They neither boost page rank, website rank nor pass the link juice.

No follow links:

No follow links are links that are generated with HTML code. These are introduced to reduce some type of the search engine spam. This links do not pass on link juice and so does not boost your creditability and website ranking. Using no follow attribute you can prevent your site from credit passing other site.

Do follow links:

Do follow links are hyperlinks that allow search engine and humans to follow them. They pass through link juice so that it receives links from high-authority sites. They improve your site authority and also boost your SEO effect.

Do follow and no follow are link attributes and contain instructions for search engine robots. Do follow links are crawled and indexed in search engines whereas no follow links are never crawled and indexed in search engines.

The do follow links will pass the link juice from the back link referring domain and it will tell google bot to follow the link.
The no follow links are not crawled by google bots and those links does not pass any link juice to your site from where the back link located.
