According to me...
600-800 article length is fine and perfect
then these words give you good ranking in your article

Actually Article length matters for Search engines not for readers and it should be somewhere between 700-1000 words.

No article length do not matter. Only article quality matters to rank your webpage higher in search engines.

If your average article length is under 200 words, search engines will likely be more critical of the content, and the general rule of thumb is that articles of 300 words or more are less likely to put you at risk for infringing on "thin" content.
