I read somewhere that fresh content have very much influence in Google for increasing serp result because it is very easily indexed by Google.
But i think Bing is not in this favor. What is your opinion?
According to you which technique helps your site to get indexed faster in bing.

Fresh Content + New Images are the need of search engines. But Bing is still something away from this approach. It is also getting it into their algos, but not completely yet.

Fresh and relevant content with related images helps lot in increase ranking on search engine result page because new content is easily index by search engines 

Bing does consider information-rich content and backlinks while ranking. I prefer Google over Bing so I can't advice as to which technique helps in faster indexing in Bing.
But you can try these steps (priority wise) to quicken indexing,
-Submit Your Site to Bing webmaster tools
-Submit Sitemap to Bing (officially in the xml.gz format)
-Should have only one <H1> tag - content held in tag should be keyword rich
-<ALT> tags should be available for all content-related images.
-Rich content
-Quality backlinks
-Ping Bing often
You need to stay patient since Bing is very slow in indexing websites as compared to Google.

It is right Dear. At that time Google is a Big Search Engine, Google update known as Google Panda. Google Panda is a change to the Google's search results ranking algorithm that was first released in February 2011 . The change aimed to lower the rank of "low-quality sites", and return higher-quality sites near the top of the search results. Google Panda is, among other things, an update the penalizes pages that have duplicate content........

Google always loves fresh & unique content. Google crawlers are always looking for the fresh, genuine &unique contents. So it is good to use the original because its makes good worth out of them.

Fresh content and the new images both are the important aspects for the website. They are the main elements which can attract viewers and force them to follow your website.

I think Fresh Content will definitely works and give you worth.

I would suggest to update BOTH! You will rank better than your competitor only if your images are well optimized and abides by Google guidelines.

Both are very important for every page on your website. So try to change contents alternately.
