Yes you can create a profile on twitter with your company name,give a specific user name to your account,give a brief intro and describe yourself in few words because it has length limit.You can put your contacts in background becoz in intro you have limit of words.Search for relevant users,follow them and they will follow you back.Use # and @ for tweets,Send a direct message to your followers and communicate with them.You can tweet your updates these updates will be shown to your followers and ask your followers to retweet your update so that their follower can show your updates.
