Web 2.0 increase your money site DA and PA but their back link is not helpful for increase your traffic.

Web 2.0 those have good PA; will benefit you. Otherwise, its a complete waste of time these days.

Just remember a quote - "Anything that can easily be manipulated; are no longer working with SEO, soon".

Web 2.0 backlinks from high authority websites add value to your website. The sites like Wordpress, Blogger, Tumblr, Livejournal etc are having 90+ Domain Authority and having a backlinks from these kind of website always treat positive by Google.
