Duplicate content is one of the main issues webmasters can meet. It refers to content that appears in more than one place on a website. Duplicate content can be inside but also outside of your website. Yes, It's a constant problem for sites. The best way to deal with it is to find some unique and fresh content.

Just scan using Copyscape and get rid of it. It is not worth dealing with duplicate content at all. It is a waste of time and damaged SEO.

I use SEO tool named Copyscape to check the duplicate content. If duplicate content is found so will rewrite the content to make it optimized for SEO purpose.
