How many bookmarking should I do for same content on same site in day?

We can use same content for 8 to 10 website in a day. Then You should never use that content in any website for submission. Suppose you are going to submit a url for 10 bookmarking site then you can use the same description for all those submissions.

You can submit your new content to repeated social bookmarking sites. If the social bookmarking sites have good value you can continue submitting them to the repeated social bookmarking sites.
