Wordpress offers sitemap plugin. You just need to install plugin and it will update sitemap automatically whenever a page or post will be added.

Step 1: Install and Activate the All-in-One SEO Plugin. The first step is to add the All in One SEO plugin to your WordPress website.

Step 2: View Enabled Sitemap in All in One SEO. The best part of the All in One SEO plugin's sitemap function is that the sitemap is enabled by default.

Step 3: Verify Your Site's Sitemap.

Sign in to Google Search Console.
Go to Search Property → + Add Property → and enter your Domain Name.
Verify your Domain Ownership via DNS record.
Or Select Your Property if it's already submitted.
On the Dashboard, go to Indexing and click on Sitemaps.

Install and Activate the All-in-One SEO plugin.
Click All in One SEO on the left menu.
Click Sitemap → General Sitemap.
Check that Enable Sitemap is set to on.
Click Open Sitemap to see your sitemap.
