You can create xml sitemap from online xml sitemap generators tools. after that you can add in webmaster tools.

Generate sitemaps using tool and then upload it to the website root folder and then verify the sitemap through the google search console.

Sign into Google Search Console and click "Sitemaps" in the left sidebar.
Add the URL of your sitemap at the top of the page where it says "Add a new sitemap"
Click submit, and Google will crawl your newly created XML sitemap.

First you have to generate the xml sitemap and there are lots of tools available for it. After generating the xml sitemap, upload it on the root folder of your domain. Add your sitemap to the search console to verify it.

If you have a WordPress website, you don't need to generate a sitemap. Just install a plugin named Yoast SEO, and it will automatically generate a sitemap for your website.

If you don't have a WordPress website, generate a sitemap using the sitemap generator tools. Then, add it to your website's root file and in your search console account from the sitemap option.
