Check this website for page speed :- https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

I usually use this guy to check the speed of my site: https://tools.pingdom.com/
The cons is that it doesn't have proxy outside USA so it's not accurate when checking for another location

you can check the website or web page speed from google insigh tool or pingdom
