        How to get Bing to spider whole site?

Have you tried to create and submit an XML sitemap using A1 Sitemap Generator or similar?

You will need to submit your website in Bing webmaster and submit a XML sitemap. This will help Bing spider to crawl and index your webpages.

Enter your site URL address in the 'Add a site' field.
Enter your sitemap URL. ...
Click 'Add'.
Under 'Option 2', copy the meta tag code.
Log in to your WordPress website. ...
Click on 'SEO'. ...
Click on 'General'.
