Hi,

Contact the webmasters again and request for link exchange back for your site where you added more irrelevant.This is only possible way. Google Newest penguin update will not consider the irrelevant links from the website to rank. Hence this will not be a big problem.

The websites free of the wrong and false material in it will be supported by the Google on a large scale and they will be able to earn more and more money from the website and will also be able to get more and more benefits from the website. Your website can also be one of those websites.
