Title: How to rank keyword from second page to first page of Google?

Hello Friends,

I am working on a website their keyword are stable on second page. I have done all the technique but my keyword are not come on first page. So "what should i do?" please suggest me some strategy to my keyword...

you should create high quality link for website as well as insert more content in the website.
