Delete your entire search history.
Visit myactivity.google.com and log in with your Google account.
Select "Delete activity by" in the left menu.
Select "All time" from the "Delete by date menu."
Select "Search" from the "All products" menu.
Click or tap "Delete" to delete your entire Google Search history.

1. Visit your Web History page at google.com/history.
2. In the top right corner of your Web History page, click the gear > Settings.
3. Click Delete all, then click the Delete all button to confirm.

Google Search results are always based on the different algorithms they release twice or thrice in a month.

I think it's not possible to remove this website from your keyword on google. You can do one thing, that do more off page activity and improves your rank that may be that website goes down which is on your keywords.

Click the search menu icon > Search builder.
From the dropdown menu, select Any > Keyword > Keyword.
From the dropdown menu, select contains.
Type in your keyword, then click the search button.
