As Google US is google.com so you can check your site ranking in Google.com.. manually.
you can use Google.com and SEO serp Software for this.
It will not give you exact ranking in google.com if you are looking specially USA rankings, you have to download Google Global Addons which give you perfect ranking in any country .. generally google.com gives global results which may be not related with USA . :)
