Google Cacheing 404 is an internal issue with the Google Cache server and does not reflect the index or ranking of web pages. Google's John Mueller has said in the past that pages without cached links are not considered to be of poor quality by default.
You have to open google console for fixed 404

Replace your domain with x.xyz/ in final cache URL.
