The difference between search ads and content ads is that search ads display on the search network; meanwhile, content ads display on the content network. Although, both are ways to display ads to potential customers

Hello,
The first big difference between the two types of ads is that display ads use a push approach, while search ads use a pull approach. If your brand or the products you sell have a good amount of search volume, then it's a good idea to start out with a search advertising campaign.

On Search Ads are your user is already searching for your product and They'll insert keywords on a search engine text box and see the sponsored ads in the first positions of their results. then On Content Ads, the game is all about banners and highlighted words within blog posts and websites.
