For getting quality links i usually looking for theme related site and try to take links from those sites.

- Submit your website to social bookmarking sites and link back to your site
- Submit RSS feed to directories
- Create Link baits
- Link pyramid
- Participate in Forums and communities
- Do Blogging, Guest blogging and Blog commenting
