Please can anyone get me some current microblogging site list.....   

There are lots of microblogging sites are really good for promotion. I am using Twitter, FriendFeed, Tumbler, Plurk, jaiku, Sweetter, Brightkite. These are really very popular social bookmarking sites.

You can use blogspot, word press, tumbler as micro blogging sites.
