I tend to agree, but I fail to see valid replacements. Just more of everything seems like the only answer. I am not sure web 2.0 link wheels are totally dead. Also some times I have seen articles being taken up by quality blogs as well. If you are first writer of articles in a niche you have an okay chance for that happening I think

How ever SEO concept is Building links and improving visibility of a website in search engine. I hope existing link building methods are fine and it's better to improve those methods in new ways rather searching new techniques.

Hey nothing new strategies been added but yeah try to make a good site, is what you can do from your own side. SEO experts are still using the same tactics but some of them are now been not so much result oriented.

The keyword should always be in the title and preferably first example because I am trying to rank for the keyword SEO methods my title has this in the first few words.
You must also include your keyword in the first sentence of your description
Your keyword must be in your URL example: mine would be my domain name /SEO methods for 2011 as the permalink.
Your keyword must be in your last sentence
Your category must be your main niche and your actual keyword your sub niche for example for this article my category would be SEO and my sub category would be my main keyword, which are best SEO methods.
There is no such most important technique. Infact all techniques are important. You need to apply all technique to get maximum result. All onpage and off page factors affects SERP.
