It seems to me that now a days nofollows links are equally important for Search Engine Optimization process... because some times it can redirect huge quality traffic etc..

Some No follow links are also important to have for the site along with Do follow links.

 The truth is that NoFollow links offer no link juice at all! That means they contribute in no way to the pagerank improvement or SEO as it instructs the search engine bots not to follow or not to index. Basically Social media websites offer nofollow links and the only advantage is referred traffic from the links due to huge popularity of these websites.

1. No follow links can have a use in preventing Google or Bing from following a test or "work in progress" page of your site.
2. Social media and content are more important than the "no follow" attributes that you may set up on some links.
3. No follow links are always worth testing out once you get a bit more traffic to your site.

No follow links are important in SEO as it leads you some traffic. It also help you to give trust to the search engine that you do not do any spam work.

 Nofollow links are helpful in some ways. If you want to block some pages(links like "print this page", "forgot password?") from search engines, you can use nofollow links. Links you place in Yahoo answers and social media are nofollow but they help you in bringing traffic to your site.

According to me No Follow and Do Follow links are equally important because Do Follow links are help to increase Page Rank in Google where No Follow links are helpful to increase traffic. If you have good page rank but no one visits your website then what is the importance of good page rank. Good Page Rank is only useful where you get huge traffic. So everyone need to concentrate on both Do Follow and No Follow links parallel.

It's true..... No Follow links are as important as Do Follow links. Link builders and marketers must always prefer natural link building. It's really authentic way of promotion.

I agree with him Both are important

But i am not accepting your points , compare to No follow , Do follow is best one , Once get backlinks from do follow websites
