Which is the best reciprocal link checker tool?

I think there is no any tool for this,
If anyone knows please share with us.

I have pondered about making one. Would not be that difficult to make, even for 3way link exchanges and similar. But I know of no tool at present? (Although I do think they exist... Otherwise maybe that's a market I should look into!)
