Quite simple really. It's just actually delivering on what you are writing about. A little click bait to draw them in is ok. What pisses people off is when they are drawn in by the title and the content is nothing what the title promised it to be. So just be up front. If you got it, say it. Just don't be over dramatic or try to sell more than what you have.
