Inbound links are URLs leading back to a webpage from an external source. URLs should include the main page of a business and the internal pages for optimal effect.
Outbound links point to another website outside of your main URL.

Inbound links are the links that are pointing to your site from other web sites. They are also known as Backlinks. Outbound links are the links that are pointing to different websites from your web site.

Outbound links are links from your site pointing to other site. A different way to say inbound links is backlinks and a different way to say outbound links is internal links.
Interlinking is the method of making connections inside a blog or a site. The other method for connecting is inbound connecting which implies outside sources are connecting to your site.

Inbound links are those that point to your domain from external webpages. These links bring in traffic and help to rank your keywords higher in search engines. Outbound links are those that point to external domains from your website pages. These links are responsible to take away link juice and also traffic away from your website. Therefore too many outbound links are harmful for your website.
