1)- Length of Title Tag-maximum 60 characters
2)-Length of Description-maximum 150 Characters

For optimum effectiveness, meta descriptions should be 70-160 characters long. The most effective page titles are about 10-70 characters long, including spaces.

limitations of titles are:Google typically displays the first 50-60 characters of a title tag. If you keep your titles under 60 characters, our research suggests that you can expect about 90% of your titles to display properly.
limitations of descriptions are:Meta descriptions can be any length, but search engines generally truncate snippets longer than 160 characters.

What are the limitations of title and description tags? ... Limitations of Title Tag Length: It should be of maximum 65 characters, however there is no such limitations, Google currently displays up to 600 pixels text, which may also include texts of 70 characters which includes letters such as I or i.
