Two types of SEO are:
1. ON page: Refers to the activities that are carried out on the page that is to be published.
2. OFF page: Refers to the activities that are performed on a page after it goes live on the web.

1. ON page: it means optimization needed to be done on the website
2. OFF page: it means optimization needed to be done after the site is live

two types of SEO are ON page optimization and Off page optimization.
in on page optimization you do the changes inside the website element like optimizing the keyword by inserting them in the heading and title and meta description and many more changes
and in off page optimisation you do the changes after the website is live and also you creates backlinks by posting article, guest bloogging etc.
