SERP(s) = Search Engine Result Page(s)

e.g. placement on a search engine result page

SMO = social media optimization
SEM = search engine marketing
SEO = search engine optimization

SERP it means where your keyword been ranking in a search engine. Such as if your keyword is "Health" and it been ranking at top 7 then it serp is 7th position.

SERP simply says the position of your website in searched keyword.  Its full form is Search Engine Results Page.

SERP stands for "Search Engine Result Page".
SERP is the listing of web pages returned by a search engine in response to a keyword query.

If your website is one of the high ranking in the SERPs,
that you should receive more traffic from search engine from that keywords.
This can be achieved by makig your website optimized for search engine by using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
