Black hat SEO refers to techniques and strategies used to get higher search rankings, and breaking search engine rules. Black hat SEO focuses on only search engines and not so much a human audience. White hat SEO refers to the use of techniques and strategies that target a human audience opposed to a search engine.

Black hat seo is one that do not follow search engine guidelines for website optimization. The methods followed are not favored by search engines and hence they can risk your website to search engine penalties.

White hat technique obey Google webmaster guidelines and hence help to keep your webpages safe in search engine pages.

White hat SEO that if we're working as a legal like: follow the all guidance of any search engine.

Black hat SEO that if we're working as a illegal it means against the all instruction of any search engine.
