There are basically 6 types of header tags –

<h1>This is heading 1</h1>
<h2>This is heading 2</h2>
<h3>This is heading 3</h3>
<h4>This is heading 4</h4>
<h5>This is heading 5</h5>
<h6>This is heading 6</h6>

Header Tag represents the your webpages content heading.

Header tab are 6 types (h1 to h6). In SEO they are used on a page for highlight the title and keywords. 1 or 2 times, a tag on a page is a good practice in SEO.

For each webpage, it is recommended to put one h1 tag as heading which suits to the content of the webpage which contains the LSI keywords you want to target. The heading must be in context to the content of the webpage.Simply, stuffing with keywords in h1 tag will not be of much help from the SEO point.
