Quality is nothing but the credit that we have to get through our campaign. Better is the quality score, more improved will be your ad performance. It depends on factors like CTC, keywords relevance, landing page experience & Ad relevance.

The fact is that the majority of the work you do on your website SEO is not going to impact your AdWords quality score, at least not directly. Having a better site, however, means people will trust you more, you'll have better content, and you'll have more brand recognition.

Quality Score is Google's rating of the quality and relevance of both your keywords and PPC ads. It is used to determine your cost per click (CPC) and multiplied by your maximum bid to determine your ad rank in the ad auction process.
