Hi
Semantic search can take many variables about the person typing in the search query and can use them to provide more accurate and relevant results. It is about moving ahead with giving complete results on the user's intention to take into account the entire context of the search. We mean a standard question like 'steak restaurant' and reference means what the user's location, time of day, their search history and what the device are using. Google will also keep other people's search queries in mind, around the
same time and the relative success of those results.
Hope it helps you.
