Internet Links = Internal links are those links which connected pages of one site internally.
Inbound Links = When one person come on my site from other site.

Inbound links are those that point to your domain from external webpages. These links bring in traffic and help to rank your keywords higher in search engines.
The difference is very simple in both the terms, Internal links are your website link in your website in the content for better navigation or for a reference purpose.
