Target Page is the page that you choose as a target for the people who are searching for a particular keyword or in other words for your target keyword. You Create your page and its content in such a way that when people search for that particular target keyword of yours, they see your target page in the search results.
Landing Page is most often a page that is designed or created in such a way that it can drive maximum conversions. Your Landing Page is created in a way to show your products or services or whatever your company does.
The fundamental difference between a landing page and homepage is, you design the two with completely different goals or purposes in mind: The homepage of your site sets the stage. A landing page allows visitors to accomplish a specific goal.
