Keyword density is the percentage of times a keyword or phrase appears on a webpage compared to the total number of words on the page. In the context of search engine optimization, keyword density can be used as a factor in determining whether a web page is relevant to a specified keyword or keyword phrase.

Keyword density is a percentage of the number of times a keywords are present in the content.
formula to calculate the keyword density:
(The total number of keyword in your content/ total number of words in your content) * 100.
For example, you have 400 words in your content and 4 keyword in that, then keyword density is 4%. Keyword density should be 2 to 3 percent.
