What Is The Use of "www" in the internet..?
The World Wide Web (WWW), commonly known as the Web, is an information system where documents and other web resources are identified by Uniform Resource Locators (URLs, such as https://example.com/ ), which may be interlinked by hypertext, and are accessible over the Internet.
WWW or W3 is the short form for World Wide Web. It's used to classify a document or a set of documents as a hypertext based information. These hypertext files can be stored across worldwide. The servers that hosts hypertext based information are known as Web servers.
The World Wide Web functions as an application layer protocol that is run "on top of" (figuratively) the Internet, helping to make it more functional.
