Hi Friends,
Domain Rating (DR) scores are not a new phrase in the world of SEO, but there are many bloggers who are unaware of the domain rating and its importance.

This is a search engine ranking score that was developed by Ahrefs, which predicts how well the website will rank on search engine results pages (SERPs). A domain rating score ranges from 0 to 100, 0 as weakest and 100 strongest.

Domain Rating is a proprietary Ahrefs' metric that shows the strength of a target website's total backlink profile (in terms of its size and quality). DR is measured on a logarithmic scale from 0 to 100, with the latter being the strongest.

Domain authority between 40 and 50 is considered average, between 50 and 60 is considered good and over 60 is considered excellent. Checking your domain's performance on Moz Open Site Explorer can give you an idea on how well your website will be ranked on search engines.
