Hi Friends,
The most important places where u should include your keywoords are:

The seo title tag
The h1
At least once or twice in the h2. In the remaining h2s insert alternative of your keyword. For example if you have 4 h2s and your main keyword is "cat" Insert cat in 2 of them and "pet" in one. Leave on without kw
Insert it in the introduction
Insert it in the begining of every paragraph
Around 30% of words in strong. Italic or in a:link should be your exact keyword.
Insert it in the alt tag of your image
Use it in the anchors of other pages (inner pages) linking to that page. What is called inlinking
Use it carefully (less tyan 20%) in your netlinking
