EMD site ( Exact Matched Domain). In this case you can use keyword in domain itself. So the site name will be DogtrainingcentreinBangalore
PMD (Partial matched domain). You can use "GuptaDogtraining"

These are the following things whereas you have to mention your targeted keywords in your page.
SEO Title
URL
Meta description
1st paragraph in your content
any H2 tag
Image ALT Tag

Your keyword should be the part of your Header,Title,Content and Url. If your keyword is the part of your url so it is very beneficial for you.
